The CEO had a salary of $275,000 in 2017 up from $240,000 in the prior year. Ben Slager's salary in 2017 was $55,000. Neither of those are excessive in our opinion.

The non-cash compensation, while quite liberal, does act as an incentive for performance. Those options will have little or no value unless the company stock performs well, and can be exercised at a discount to the then higher market price.

Overall, a fair package for both executives.
