Clean Up has been underway of debt and Notes!!! GOOD ANYWAY YOU LOOK AT IT.
CMH needs to get that debt converted to shares prior to a buyout. Restricted keeps the investors happy maintaining a low float and keeps the PPS going UP.
Which helps in negotiating a price somewhat however we are a market cap play!!!
If the debt doesn't get converted I bet it gets real complicated and paid on a cash basis in a post sale situation. They then will NOT get the premium they will get when they are converted to shares prior to the BUY OUT for a PPS in the $$$!!! I hope this makes sense to everybody including the newbies. I could show an example whereby debt is paid after buy out versus debt convert to shares at .0138 and later getting $1 per share. Huge premium by converting to shares first. The 9 million shares instead of being paid $125,000 they would receive 9 million dollars. That reflects debt of $125,000 being converted to 9 million shares at .0138. The 9 million dollars reflects a purchase price of 500 million dollars considering 500 million O/S supports a $1 PPS buyout price. 9 million shares multiplied by $1 = 9 million in cold hard cash.
Believe this, the company will not be sold for less than 500 million. Bet on it!!!!
