its 3-day sma when the moving average is rising since early February
we are today above the maximum # of 6 for the prior two up cycles, so will see if there is a character change
$NYA 100-day sma remains above, for now
* bulls must have that Full STO remain near or above the
red horizontal line for a # of days
fyi for SPY using fib calcs:
272.80, 271.71 and 270.94 are of interest
