Maybe I have gotten it wrong, but then that is because the description is misleading.

With a current share price of 0.4$, the conversion price shoild be the lesser of 1.5$ and 65%*0.4, which would be the latter.

What you suggest would be more reasonable, but that is not what I see in the described terms.

Completely ridiculous that it is unclearity regarding this....
