Maybe they are just stupid and naive like Brad claims to be. Regardless if they are intentionally scamming shareholders or not they got involved in a 12 year stock selling scam. They are just as guilty of fraud as Brad is and will serve the same penalty as Brad when the SEC/FBI come knocking on their door.
