Curious of “shortest.” More likely that large volume of shares are simply shifting hands among a very small group of stakeholders at ridiculously low prices in an effort to allow for more accumulation at low prices...not quite sure of the end game, but my personal goal is to acquire enough shares to become on equal playing field as to enjoy watching this stock finally rise into the 20 cent field for a long term like mcig.
