The table in the iBox lists all known patent applications. Each has been published. There is no final action titled "rejection" within the patent process.

The SEC has nothing to do with the USPTO.

Sorry, this isn't published research in a peer reviewed Journal - what you posted is a patent application.

Sorry but only the patent examiner will review it and much like all of the OWCP patent applications it will be rejected.

It won't matter after the SEC follows the money back to Israel.
