IMO it is still the IP. Somebody wanted control of it w/o the old BOD attached to it. If they were going to pay for the development of the IP then they wanted control of it. The old BOD was not going to allow it. Ronin may be part of the buyer or just a hired gun to kick the old BOD out.

It is obvious that Avid and CDMO were not the prize as Stafford and white said. They were liars.
