Wow...Another (but this time ridiculous) video !
As of five days ago : recorded April the 12th :
Wouldn't MIND understanding what they are discussing but....

Just wondering what they might've meant at the beginning of this vid, when they're discussing how ...."S I L V E R is recording a deficit...." ???
I'm not an accountant ok so bear with me please, but.....Uh :
How can a piece of rock (silver) record a deficit ?
Do they mean that all Producers of silver are selling their ingots for less than the amount it cost them to mine and process them ?
Or just what WAS meant when she stated this ...."Silver is selling for a deficit", huh ?
Below I've just carefully transcribed what the guy said .....
And,
It took about 35 times stabs at re-listening !....
Guy has what sounds like a strong Flemish accent !
Guy starts off :
"There's a bit of a precarious relationship between the market deficit or surplus and the Precious Metals Industry.....and the relationship to the price".
and continues :
"It's quite a strong relation between, not so much the deficit supports higher prices at a surplus the veverse but it's also the effect that you have a lot of a buffer on stock which is quite liquid material in terms of bars and coins which is available to feed the market as in one for example a deficit occurs.....as is the case right now so that not necessarily means that a deficit automatically relates into higher prices and if you look at the size of the deficit were talkin' about maybe three percent of the total physical market, it's not that big enough to make like a significant impact on the market".

Am thinking that : because it was recorded five days ago ?....
What they're describing has possibly been a key contributing factor, in this recent rally :
Are we on the verge of a silver crunch ?.....
Well, it'd be NICE if these guys could've explained things more clearly !
Alas, oh well, that why I guess - It's easier to just THE CHARTS explain things !
