Everybody keep their eyes peeled on the NVSOS for an increase in the authorized shares for NECA. They currently don't have enough shares in the kitty to cover the Livingston Assets conversion.
As an alternative NECA could do a reverse split to appease the money lenders of this garbage ticker.
Canouse wont go against a court order.
