(CSE: VST) (OTC: VSQTF) (FRANKFURT: 6F6) (WKN: A2AKL8) this morning announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 9.09% of all issued and outstanding shares of LocoNoco, Inc. for $500,000, subject to all requisite regulatory approvals.
