Raise your hand if you remember Black Sigil.

My first purchase of SDVI was in 2007 for $0.19. I thought I was getting in for a great price. Back then, the business model revolved around Graffiti Entertainment and we were promised massive distribution for games that were coming out. Reader Rabbit European distribution rights, and, oh, just wait for this game called Black Sigil...it's going to be huge!

All I got in return was excuses and stock dilution. And, like a fool, I kept buying more, thinking that I was averaging down.

Since then, we have changed CEO's 4 times (4, right...Ken, Martin, Charles, Inas...?). Each CEO has managed to be worse than the previous. Except Martin...I don't think he actually did a single thing.

Now, we are promised all sorts of mythology and wonderment.

We have a media server that somehow exists and is awesome, but you just can't buy it for some reason.

And just wait for the Knoton! It's going to show you where your kids are and be the solution for school safety and do something with cryptocurrency (for some reason), and scan faces to recognize bad people...all while magically not requiring batteries apparently because that thing is so small that the battery life for a device that was actively scanning faces would be approximately 5 minutes. But, hey, why worry about technicalities! It's magic!

So, we'll all wait for a ridiculous KickStarter campaign to get past 3 backers and generate the $250,000 asking price (which is still way too low to get this product developed and shipped, by the way), even though this is a publicly traded stock, and we were told about a $5 million TriBridge investment...lets do KickStarter! And since that's not working, I'm sure we'll just abandon that project and point at the next shiny object on the side of the road. Get everyone distracted, dilute the stock. Rinse. Repeat.

This company is garbage. Every website that they have put out is built on stock WordPress templates, the KickStarter video features no products and a group of people that is probably the CEO's family, their financial statements don't reflect anything of substance...it's all just slight of hand.

I want to believe these guys. I do. I'm all about startups having tight budgets and doing what needs to be done to get to market. But, come on guys. I've been eating your crap for 10 years. Enough is enough. Be honest with us about what this company is actually doing, not what you think may be possible in technology someday. Invest your tiny budget in a sales team, and sell the freakin' Morpheus, since it appears to be the one thing that is actually real life. Ask anyone that knows anything about marketing for some help with communication. You're terrible at it. Stop insulting people that are selling the stock...you have given us no reason to keep waiting.

Or don't. I waited through a few years of $.0001. It's looking like I'll have to do it again, unless these guys get their act together and join real life. Here's to hoping. Or to another decade of holding millions of shares of garbage. Not sure which to expect. But if history is any indicator...I'm not hopeful.
