Playing around with some numbers below.....A $25 purchase price costs Amgen <$800M........why mess around with another partnership deal.....peanuts for them

-Tony (Interim CEO for 10 months)hasn't made one deal yet.....which is either to not further complicate the company for a sale or the science isn't of value and we are all screwed.....

-4 franchises (maybe to float selling them separately in a negotiation)

-No new BOD replacements for a 16 year old company

-<$60M I think in the bank.......$2 dilution on 10M shares which is around 9M short....ironically

-CEO/CMO not hired in 10 months .......really

-Removal of 5 senior management members from website publication (are they still home or not)

-CFO sends out her sign for hire on the company website for self promotion

-Radio Silence for months - NO ONE IS ANSWERING PHONES - Hello

-No PR on NEO from latest conference...another head scratcher
