In My Opinion - the reason people bash is not to get their shorts to be profitable, but to scare Noobs out of their shares. That way they can accumulate at a lower price, through devaluation from the par value of a stock. These guys go from bashing to praising a stock as they try to get out of a stock. It is called misleading investors, & it is illegal. It is the reason why people can sue President Donald Trump for bashing Amazon when they experience a loss due to Trumps Action. The the bashers / praisers here just think they are bellow the radar so they think they are immune to prosecution. These bashers / praisers should start their statements with “In My Opinion” or “this is just speculation” or a commensurate turn of phrase to cover their butts.
