Driven by the opening of these facilities, total revenue for the year ended December 31, 2017 was $1,486,997, as compared to $310,220 for the year ended December 31, 2016, an increase of $1,176,777. There was forbearance of rent during the year, reducing revenues by $360,266.

Gross profit increased in 2017 by $1,068,440 as the result of the properties being open for most of the year.
