More debt clean up.......


converted to 9.8 million shares issued and restricted at a PPS .0138.

More cleanup with minimal shares!!!

Management continues to clean up the books. We are getting ready for something folks. More issued restricted shares protecting the float.

Debt being taken off the books and are of more value to CMH as restricted shares.

Getting ready for a BUY OUT !!!!
