Tri-way operations in China as part of JFD’s primary activity are mainly dependent on obtaining a conventional long-term loan that will provide the necessary CapEx to build-out its farm facilities, primarily at Aquafarms 4 and 5. SIAF will continue to monitor the progress being made on Tri-way’s funding efforts and will report any progress to its shareholders once it materializes. The Company and its financial advisors believe that the quicker stream of revenue anticipated from the Trading Division’s operations when coupled with the primary production facilities in China will create a very attractive reception from the HK market for the IPO."
