So whats your point? Long as the company is using the funds to continue their growth, as they clearly show.. a business needs money to make money right? If they need to dilute a little then GREAT!! Let them.. I would gladly exchange this in favor of a future HIGHER PPS any day.

Look at other MJ Companies, they diluted HEAVILY all the way up to over $6 pps.. hmm.. I will take that any day of the week! LOL!!

this is a LONG TERM investment, NOT a flipper stock.. you will only lose money doing this.
