Here is an idea.
If Brad Holmes is reading any of these posts.
We have been told the JV partner is raising their own finance through Escrow scenarios.
If we enlightened into knowing who the JV partner is and the financing structure they are offering, possibly we as investors in 1st Nrg might want to invest in the JV partner.
Just a thought.
