FYI, I was told by the Lady in IR for the Company that they are still up to doing JV deals with First Mining Gold, just as they were with First Mining Finance, which was the mineral bank model they had originally gone with.

The change of plans to go to Producer instead of mineral bank was supposedly because they weren't getting the offers they expected to get. You say they got great offers? What were those great offers? Keith and Management didn't think they were good enough apparently.

The Company is grossly undervalued IMO because the sector is grossly undervalued. The buying stopped when the last mining sector move higher stopped. Nothing has happened since.
