Is GoldJoy Gruop (a 14B Company ) will take over Bio-Key? Wong has about 45% ownership a/o today Since he recently boosted his stake at $3.6/sh (he had 2.5m shares, added more 1.8m at $3.6). i think they might go for it. in Q1 2018 we have seen orders from across the government, manufacturing, and banking sectors, Revenues more than doubled, #FBI supplier, no debt.

and no doubt they can afford to purchase a significantly larger company than Bio-key. Great earnings https://www.bloomberg.com/press-releases/2018-03-12/china-goldjoy-s-2017-annual-net-profit-jumps-by-86-3-to-hk … they can afford to aquire a $15-$20m company without any problem.
