As far as I can tell, yes. More important things. They could probably extend due to circumstances, or may decide it’s not worth it. The deadline was to submit anything to their original submission that they felt had changed from the recent CRTC decision. Maybe they feel the original submission is still good, even so a response making clear nothing has changed would have been helpful.

In general I don’t now expect anything for a while. Priorities and personal life should always hold priority. I was nearly in a similar situation, give them time.

EDIT, sry I answered that from as a timeout on the CRTC thing, but same applies for Blocknum.
