any of the investing public w/ a cell phone could have called OTC Markets & any & all would have been relayed the same guidelines/timelines that the company released publicly. I have been told personally by OTC markets 2 completely different timelines.

yes the company in the past has caused many of its own delays...the delay now is completely the fault of OTC Markets NOT the company's.

so maybe some of the investing public should know the protocols & sought them out as well.
