Offering execution price is obviously not everything if the investors that are buying the largest amount of common through offerings are the same ones who are shorting the share price down. They don't see the offering price as an issue at all. And you claim they are not buying big because they are not spending larger amounts of money. That is the point of this. Buy larger chunks of the company at manipulated lower and lower prices. They made sure to keep selling short after convertible was over and never alow a run to not attract any attention. In order to keep out new optimism and make sure to keep the constant negative droning the only topic on everyone's mind. Yet the investors are buying. And Jenny and team set up their golden parichute before they are forced to hit the eject button. Once rid of the dead weight new optimistic sentiment will hit the airwaves and this thing will fly. IMO.
