I apologize then. If you're not bashing, and are genuinely interested in RMs, then I think this is a good entry point. The stock has retraced from its high. CYPE trades fairly thin.

There are no guarantees in any stock, however these JA plays have had some epic runs. CYPE is fully ripe now based on the DD. Read the DD in the stickies. An announcement could come any day, at any hour. The filings already came out. We are awaiting announcements of Merger candidate. When this happens, will likely run to dollars imo. JA merger candidate announcements are without warning. If you don't have shares beforehand, then you're left chasing after it gaps up.

You can wait until after Merger candidate is announced, but then you won't be able to buy shares at current price and lose your leverage. You can also wait and maybe get a lower price, but by doing that you take a risk of missing out entirely when announcement is revealed.

Honestly in my opinion, the best way to trade this, is to acquire a partial position now at the ask, and then sit on the bid, or put in some orders below the bid, after you have a stake in this.
