Not at all. The news rease said the NMKT name would be retained.This merger will rersult in old registered shares being cancelled and new shares issued in their place. Short and naked short positions will be wiped out for these shares bear no cusip and the transfer agent will only distribute the new shares (after the merger)to shares that show up on his books.
