10x increase in common shares - from 2 billion to 20 billion shares. And the Board has been granted to enact a reverse stock split, no greater than 1:1,000 shares within the next six months with no vote/approval required.

And someone believes this looks good - who in the world would touch this stock with a 10 foot pole - not me. Ouch Ouch Ouch. My opinions as always.
