I think Wang should pay RO. Imo, Wang CANNOT move forward in the US with a lawsuit on his hand....

Unless, he is ditching this shell all together, which I have always said is possible. But even so, if he has legal action against him he CANNOT do an IPO even he wanted to. A true IPO would certainly mean he is ditching this shell.
