They aren’t reviewing anything. Also ask yourself why they are doing a deal with a defunct company who’s last filings was 11 years ago and who’s principle is a known scammer. A company giving another company 500k to become current is laughable. Also, why is TNKE still in default in NV. It would cost the $1000 to become active again and they can do it online. This is a 100% a scam. No doubt about it.
