Anybody can make up PR's and anybody can reinstate a company and bring it back to active without any identification. Twitter accounts and websites can be set up by anyone. I don't know if it's false. All I know is that I talked to Brian Simmons from Bell Buckle Country Store and he claimed he doesn't know anything about this ticker. How can Brian not know anything about this ticker? They dumped all kinds of shares here back in the day and raised the A/S from 100 million to 1 billion. Read the initial company disclosure on OTCM from 2007 then call the store and decide for yourself.
