Management is Being Conservative in Communicating with Us Shareholders. They don't just "Fly by the Seat of their Pants".

We Believe that Management has a "Flight Plan" and is "Proceeding with Caution" to Comply with Ethical Reporting and any type of Financial Company Reporting Regulations.
