Appears ERBB/DLTZ may have to change their business models due to new clearinghouse rules. While I am no financial genius, it seems clear to me that there will be no more business as usual, re: funding the business via convertible debentures. Imo this could be an existential threat to these companies who depend on this funding method to stay in business.
