Its all in how the question is asked... when its asked regarding a spicific piece of information that is considered to be about a materiel event and giving it would we mean they are giving information that all investors should have they dont reply.

But ask about past public information and phrase it correctly and you can get a reply... I have had this work for me on dozens of occasions in the past. I just sent an email will update the board if they do reply.
