otcmarkets.com still have authorized and outstanding shares updated through 4/6 rather than the previous trading day. something tells me that both of those will change, and hopefully for a completion of an acquisition. I have a good feeling it will, due to all the prior 8-K’s and the 2016 10-K amendment. the company has been preparing the way. it’s now time to close the deal, disperse the shares to our new partners...and make some money and get some 2018 voting contracts.
