Yes, thats a possibility. But it would also mean that some people loose a lot of money. Gentile bought the public vehicle in 2011 and financed it (with Molinaro, Manoian, others?), notes payable stand at $794,576 not counting IT-cost from Eddie c.s. Those costs for developing the platform, app etc etc would certainly add up to an equal amount, if accounted for. Take a look at developing costs for Fandom Sports. And if they do have (launching and promotional) partners, they would most likely loose them if they wait much longer. Well, what do I know, this probably still is the most lame introduction of a public company ever. And Gary Molinaro has a background in marketing? Don't make me laugh.
