I am going to share a personal story with you...

I had a business a few years ago..I developed a product and had distributors all over the USA...They were trained on how to sell the product and what to say and what not to say.

I didn't keep tabs on them..they were adults and did their job.

Well one day I received a call from the FTC..seems one of my distributors was making false claims....and short of them losing their distributorship and being fined by the FTC..I was also forced to defend my company and my name in court because the FTC believed I was behind the lies and decption this distributor in California had made.
It cost me a lot of money to defend my name and my company and in the end I lost the business..but I was cleared.

So chew on that for a minute before you write posts having everything figured out.
