NOUV could be a no bid stock and you could have your money tied up for months until bid comes through, yes thats the only risk here. Virtually no chance of R/S right now especially at these levels. 0 risk here other than no bid. Not OTC current, another obvious, there is risk as will all triple 0s. Anyone jumping into this should know that
