Simple Fact

Dr Huestis is the leading Scientist about Marijuana Impairment but claims the numbers don’t matter

As far as every article stating that BAC is known and can show Impairment at a certain level with Scientific Evidence

Go back to Dr Huestis - Sayes no way and may never be a number for THC

She has Publicly stated and has Published Papers stating that a .05 BAC which is under most States Law is legal to drive because not-being Impaired can be Impaired because of THC being added into the mix and that .05 BAC is wasted and too Impaired to drive

My thought is the THC Breathalyzer will change the BAC Impaired Level and BAC isn’t as done as most reporters report

Simple Fact is that the BAC Levels for Impairment will change and because of the THC Breathalyzer

I think the question is a Dr Huestis question and whether they both should be combined into a Breathalyzer

Fatal crash could show that a .05 BAC and yes they had THC

Because .05 BAC leads one to believe it wasn’t Alcohol but the THC being present must be at fault

In away it is a factor but not what rapped the car around the tree - The .05 BAC with THC is why the car is around the tree

To me the THC Breathalyzer is gonna get real smart - Why that question doesn’t seem to come up with mixing the two drugs and what is really needed for really finding Impaired Drivers - Impaired Operators
