The fact remains: There are not enough shares left to take care of current obligations/conversions/warrants etc.

So, if ASTI does not have enough shares nor money to take care of these obligations?


I know, I know...ASTI is still going to the moon. 3$ price target with real products in real stores. blah blah blah
