Correction: Us shareholders can not let this go without any repercussions. The CEO has a fiduciary duty to his shareholders and there are some dots that need to be connected in regard to Renteria’s involvement. We need to find out who was relentlessly selling when the CEO was making false projections of when the financials were going to be completed. I have given the benefit of the doubt for a very long time and NOT one time was I proven to be correct. Not one time has the CEO backed his news releases with actions. This pattern would be pretty easy to connect legally. If the future resembles the past, I don’t think we have a choice in what shareholders need to do next..
