We are talking about iPCS , thats TNW Wireless... that was sold to UnitedCorp in a share exchange. I know its confusing, TNW Had many completely seperate entities. I think it was TNW Datacenters that went to Distributal. Also as i think you said yourself the CCAA and the Investel thing are two completely different issues. (And you accuse me of conflating).

CCAA, is all but done. Still awaiting the judgement on apeal, but it makes little difference to me either way (it probably means more to Investel).
