Seems odd to me that the company would file a notice of late filing on 4/2 and then file form 15 (12g/15d) today when the late 10-K was due.

It's possible that the company's 10-K is still not ready (reason unknown) and they went this route for now instead of being hammered by the SEC for not meeting the deadline? This is purely speculation on my part, so don't hold me to it.

All I can say for now, is that Murray Fleming has been completely transparent since taking over as CEO, so I will assume there is good reason for it.
