No, that Nevada SOS filing is for the NEW OWNERS. It has nothing to do with ARIOQ.

This is not a difficult concept to understand. AmeriResource Technologies, the operating company, was turned over to the company's secured debtor under the Bankruptcy Plan, which was confirmed by the Federal Court.

ARIOQ no longer owns any interest in AmeriResource Technologies. And once the Plan of Reorganization was approved, ARIOQ common shares were cancelled.
