I could probably get on and buy an FL business license right now if I wanted too. Secretary of State filings is what need to be current. Business licenses ARE and always HAVE BEEN a joke. Corporate filings are the meat of a company. Sure if the law says you have to have one then its obviously mandatory. In no way is that a concern of mine
