Companies like Entuit are like mine. If it were a Walmart opening up yes, but projects that come and go arent required to have a business license in every jurisdiction, it wouldnt be practicle. For example, I just did some att sites in San Francisco, Cupertino, and Pleasant Hill, few weeks worth of work. Imagine if I had to pull business licenses in every area I would work in, would be totally not practical. I would be pulling 100 business licenses a year
