Done some digging on Investel, and the legal issues they seem to be having. I have not read the court docs, as i am not willing to pay for them. But I can share this. The case is between Investel and Bond Capital of Vacouver. They loaned Investel money based on the potential launch of iPCS back in 2015. As we know that didnt really go anywhere, as TELUS screwed the company. Now as UnitedCorp, we are fighting the very same battles. The amount in business terms is not that excessive.

From the WEB: TNW is privately owned by Investel Capital Corporation. TNW recently received equity funding from Investel and has just closed a CD $13 million mezzanine loan with Vancouver-based Bond Capital for the deployment of the new mobile service.

Well, i suspect that can be fixed, but i dont blame Bond Capital for been a little Miffed.. Investel gave TNW Wireless to UnitedCorp in a share exchange. They are thinking .. WTF... they also gave iFramed... it should be said neither of those are going to do much for us in the near term (except maybe patent disputes with iFramed).

I think I know whats going on here, and why the company is been so quiet. So in that vein, so shall I

Good luck, do some Googling.... Remember who owns the shares...
