New rules about R/S and dilution anyway. Stocks will have to rely on more of "company performance" versus rely on dilution for all their revenue. This will hurt many companies but will also discourage pump and dumps. If companies do good, SP rises and insiders make $. Should have to be a dilution train for the life of a company like a lot of these triple 0 plays. LAM has been pounding ADTM with the dilution but it will eventually end (hopefully)
