A/S and O/S doesn't really have that big of an impact on a triple 0 play as most think IMO. Obvious the least amount of outstanding shares the better but penny stocks often trade at ridiculously inflated % of what the companies are worth anyway but the triple 0 plays can still run hard into pennyland. Has an impact, but not that much impact with a triple 0 play. Biggest enemy is R/S
