well the stock is going to be subject to so many rising costs and flat revenue. I live in southern California and gas is already back above $4, in some places as high as $4.99 or $5.09, absolutely ridiculous. also, the national average is around $2.50-$2.85. in southern California in particular, WAGES (especially minimum wages) are rising even though most people do not warrant a raise. not only are costs rising, many new food places popping up thus making it even more competitive and Chipotle is not the first choice for lunch among many people.

if you are familiar with Southern Cal, we have one of the best fast food burger joint in the world, In and Out, not saying its the best but it is very good for price. here is a list of places I personally will go out by myself or with friends/family before even thinking about Chipotle and sometimes, Chipotle only earns business due to overspill/overcrowded joints...so here goes:

2. In and Out-major expansion over past 5 years
3. El Polo Loco
4. Jack in the Box
5. McDonalds
6. Burger King
7. Del Taco
8. The Habit
9. Five Guys
10. Shake Shack ( way overpriced, never been) but they are growing
11. Carls Jr
12. Panda Express
13. WENDY'S
14. Dominos
15. Fresh Brothers (pizza)
16. Chick fi la
17. Starbucks
18. Taco Bell
19. Yoshinoya
20. Pizza Hut
21. Buffalo Wild Wings
22. WIngstop--amazing
23. SUbway
24. Arbys

so I would go to all those before Chipotle
