Banks in US do not like regular people. Credit cards or family members. You get a loan somehow from a financial institution as a startup, you will regret it. You will sign your whole soul over.

What happened here is the dilution killed PPS. Now with the level its @, and what is still owed.. No funding is possible from the usual toxic sources. So stalemate. Note holders wisen up, let flowers be planted and grow. Both sides happy, unfortunately all we have is MikeyintheD and Werbe arguing lol
